They really know how to make sure that the customer is thoroughly satisfied. Well, with both of us being in the customer service business I know how important it is to say Thank you! for a job well done and the extra mile someone has gone for you. I am referring to David, but we thought our fountain in front was not working properly so I called him to come by and see if it needed to be serviced. When he arrived I didn't know it was him because I didn't see the company truck and he said that he was off for the day but still wanted to run by here and see what needed to be done. Luckily, nothing was wrong except that we didn't have enough water in the fountain; he also adjusted it as it was slightly leaning. He inspected the back water fall just to make sure that it too was working properly and while he was here he watered the plants for us. It's very rare to see that kind of service anymore and I just wanted to recognize him. Again, Thank you! and we have had many customers comment your displays and taken your business number with them. I had your group do our annual tree pick up in my area and they cleaned every branch plus some. They left my yard looking spectacular.
